Chef TJ Hoy
A New Jersey native and graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Chef TJ Hoy brings a wealth of culinary experience and a diverse background to the table. His career has taken him from catering companies throughout New Jersey to the renowned Palace Café in New Orleans, and most recently to Gage & Tollner Steakhouse in Brooklyn, where he served as Chef de Cuisine.
After returning to New Jersey to raise his family, TJ is excited to bring his passion, creativity, and culinary expertise back to his home state.
Outside of the kitchen, TJ is passionate about giving back to the community and enjoys participating in charitable events. In his free time, he loves exploring the outdoors and sharing his appreciation for nature and new adventures with his son.
