Final Walkthrough Appointment

You will need to schedule a final walkthrough appointment with your event manager the week of your wedding.

During this appointment you will:

Make your final payment (cashier's check only).
Drop off and review decor items.
Leave Cash Tip for Staff.
Review final floor plan.
Go over last minute questions / concerns.

Suggested Gratuity

We suggest leaving 5% of the subtotal for your event as a gratuity for our team. (i.e. $25,000 subtotal would be a $1,250 gratuity). The subtotal is listed on your final invoice. This gratuity is in addition to your final payment.

Please provide this gratuity in cash to your Event Manager or Maître D’ during your décor drop-off appointment.

This gratuity is distributed directly to the staff who work on your wedding day - everyone from the dishwashers to the food servers will receive a portion. None of this money is retained by the business.

For your convenience, we are happy to divide and distribute the gratuity on your behalf, or if you prefer, you may provide separate envelopes for each staff member.

Our team greatly appreciates your generosity! Thank you!
